Gypsy Lou’s Emporium - Returns & Refund Policy

 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of your purchase to completely process a refund. All refunds will be returned to their original form of payment – credit card, debit card, gift card, check/cash. Please do not request an exception to this policy.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Item(s) must be returned in its original state: unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, deodorant-free, as well as make-up and damage free.
  • Original tags must be attached & intact.
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase at sales@gypsylous.com
  • Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Final Sale  items will not be accepted for return.  Final sale items meet one of the following criteria but are not limited to:  

  • Fashion Jewelry, Ginger Snaps brand jewelry & accessories and related/similar jewelry items – usually jewelry under $79.
  • Seasonal/Holiday Items
  • Gourmet Kitchen Items, Seasonings, Oils, Candy, Perishables
  • Special orders or customized/personalized items such as items that have been hot stamped or monogrammed.
  • Personal care goods (razors, bath & beauty products, skin care)
  • ANY & ALL Discounted or $ALE Items including all items that go on sale with an auto-generated discount code OR a discount applied through the physical store. (Senior Discount is the only store discount that is an exception.)
